Services are invoiced monthly, ensuring transparency and consistency in billing.Refund and Cancellation Policy:Given the nature of our services, we operate on a non-refundable basis. However, we value client satisfaction and open communication. Should any concerns arise, we encourage our clients to contact us directly to discuss potential resolutions. Cancellation of services can be made at any time, with the request that clients provide notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent month.Credit Card Payments:LeadLever Business Consulting LLC accepts payments via credit cards, processed securely through Stripe. By providing a credit card for payment, clients affirm that they are authorized to use the designated card and that all information provided – including card number, expiration date, and billing information – is accurate and complete.Security and Privacy:We prioritize the security and privacy of our clients’ information. All credit card transactions are processed through Stripe’s secure platform, which employs state-of-the-art security measures to protect against unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.Chargebacks and Disputes:In the unlikely event of a payment dispute, we urge clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter.
